The original picture for the Himmelriket version is here. Unfortunately, I don't know whom to give credit to. It's credited to various people, websites, and companies online. Any help? Also, I'm not even sure if this is a photograph - it almost looks like a highly detailed 3D render. Any help with this?

 

Nattesorg is a project from Norway. Early releases were in an aggressive black metal style, somewhat comparable to black/grind or death/black. Some newer releases are also in this style, but are mostly more experimental. This particular album is black metal. This album was actually a re-release; it was first published under another one of his projects.

Himmelriket is the other project. It's similar to Nattesorg but a bit more raw. Despite the raw and sometimes pretty noisy and intense style, the music is often performed with a "bright" attitude compared to typical darker raw black, and the artwork is often very bright/colorful. The current artwork I have shown here is for the 2023 version.

End was a war/black/grind project from Norway. The project stood out a bit for its use of war sound bites which, at the time at least, was uncommon in Christian metal. The demo was moved over to one of the artist's other side projects, called Turn to Christ, after he discovered other bands already using the name "End".

Screams of Abel was a metal band from the USA. I have never heard their music; I've only seen descriptions from the internet. Supposedly they started out as death/black, then switched to some sort of punk style. Even though I've never heard their music, I like their choice of artwork, lol.
